How neat to see some pictures of our former hometown. The tuna boat "The Hustler" is the one my husband Matthew filleted fish on. Steve Goodson is the owner of the boat. I can't believe he's still working there. The picture of the home you took was not ours but our nearest neighbor's home. We had that view from the barn. Pretty home. Many people would stop along the road to take a picture of that home. The courthouse... I forgot about that. We went on a drive in our first year there and found that beautiful building. It is truly a gem. I'm so glad you got to see so many things that meant something to us. It looks like you had good weather too! : )
ReplyDeleteOur niece and family live on Bainbridge Island. We never took the coach but did fly to Washington state to visit them. We would love to explore the area further, and your blogs will give us some ideas, I'm sure.
