History behind the label. Buffalo caved a pathway across
Kentucky which was followed by early pioneers
who began making Bourbon whiskey.

For whiskey to be called bourbon, the mash grain
must contain 51% corn, malted barley and
remainder rye or wheat.
The distilled liquid must be aged in charred oak barrels.
This demonstration model shows the yellow barrel is almost full. As it ages it
looses liquid through evaporation.
After 18 years the barrel is more than half empty and is considered premium bourbon. The youngest bourbon is 3 years old.
