Frankfort is the State Capitol of Kentucky.

In 1961 the state Governor saw a floral clock in Scotland. This clock was constructed on Capitol grounds. This year the floral design is a butterfly.
The clock reads 12:15 PM.
The Governor's residence is patterned after Marie Antoinette's villa.
She was the last Queen of France.
Their grave site overlooks the Capitol.
